Project Sales Executive
The Project Sales Executive will be a key member of the Projects Area team at Trusted IT Group. This position has a strategic focus on acquiring client projects with specific accommodation and service needs. The ideal candidate is a dynamic and results-oriented professional with a strong passion for consultative selling and building strong business relationships. Identify and Prospect: Proactively identify project opportunities in mature destinations through research, market analysis, and networking. Prospect and initiate contact with companies and organizations requiring large-scale accommodation solutions. Consultation and Customization: Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and design personalized accommodation and service solutions that meet their requirements. Provide consultative and strategic guidance to present the competitive advantages of TIG solutions. Presentation and Negotiation: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals to clients, showcasing how TIG solutions align with their objectives and benefits. Negotiate terms and conditions that reflect the value and quality of the offered solutions. Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the Project, Operations, and other departments to ensure proper project implementation and execution. Effectively communicate client requirements and expectations internally. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Maintain open and ongoing communication to understand their evolving needs and ensure continuous satisfaction. Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed established sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of TIG's Projects Area.

Proven sales experience. Demonstrated ability to comprehend and communicate complex solutions to client needs. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (advanced level required). Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on results. Customer-oriented mindset and relationship-building skills. Knowledge of TIG's mature destinations (USA) is a plus. Willingness to travel as required. Knowledge of Hubspot CRM (or similar) is required, and familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus. Proficiency in French or Portuguese is an asset.
